Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment or customization begins. Personalized pet products cannot be canceled after production.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
